Although the location of Hotel Galaxy Opp Surat Railway Station was convenient, I found the breakfast offerings to be lacking in variety. Despite these hiccups, the relaxation facilities at the hotel provided a much-needed break, and the nearby landmarks like Tapi River Front and Surat Castle added to our family bonding experience.

Booked a family suite; ended up in a tiny room for a day, then finally the proper room. Paid the full suite price. Messy, used linens, no supplies. Sheets stank. No cleaning in sight.
